  • Too good to be true..

Whenever there is 10+ minutes of silence (unless it envolves sleep) with my girls it probably means trouble.  In other words, if they aren't hanging off my skirt or at least playing in the same room as me or making some kind of "playing" noise I better go check it out.  I was sitting at my scrapbook table when it was just too quite where Haylee is concerned.  So I went looking for her, sneaking around just in case she was truly playing nice I didn't want to disturb her.  This is what I found:

What does gum to to a little 17 month old tummy?

  • Guilty

Yesterday the girls were playing upstairs in their room when I heard Haylee crying..soon Allison came down the steps looking very guilty.  I asked her why Haylee was crying, she thought alittle bit and said, "You mean before I took a crayon from her?"  I had to hide my smile, gave her time out, and went upstairs to rescue my darling baby.

  • Butterfly kisses..

On our walk tonight I was watching our girls sitting side by side when Allison reached over, took Haylee's hand, kissed it and said in a voice only for Haylee, "I love you".  Haylee returned her love with a huge smile.

    It melted this mommy's heart.

  • My darling girls.

Here's some odds and ends of my darlings.

First I made a clown cake for Derricks birthday.  I had alot of fun doing it but it took alot more work than I thought.

  • Blanket Thief

Wednesday I brought all the girls bedding down to wash, including their "blankie's".  The pile was still on the laundry floor when Haylee wandered in and found her beloved blankie.  She then decided she would try to sneek away with it.  I'll let the pictures tell the story.

Well she didn't succeed.  I found it, washed it, and she was so excited when she got it back.

In other news.....Haylee's first day in pig-tails.

    IMG_0998

She finally started walking some.  She's still very shaky but it will come soon.  (At this very moment she is sitting at my feet tearing a magazine to shreds...who needs a paper shredder?

    And last but not least:

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUNNY!!

We go out tonight to celebrate...which means I don't have to make supper. YEAH!
